Loved these guys. Were prompt, professional, knowledgeable. They were extremely thorough. They cleaned up better than any one I have ever used for anything. And they organized their clean-up so everything (including boxes) could be recycled. They came back the following day and checked on unit. About a week later got a call from Manuel who wanted to make sure I was all set with registering the warranty. Do not let their low price fool you—their install and product quality are A+. Heil was installed, 2 1/2 ton, both outside compressor and inside coil. The install both outside and inside is exceptional. The new sheetmetal around the a/c coil on the furance is clean, neat and tidy. I had them move the tubing going to the outside up 8” so it was more above ground. They drilled through concrete and brick. Made sure new hole was properly sealed and filled and sealed up old hole. You’d never know this is a new hole. These are the guys who are in the ValPak mailing and have been for years. 3 person company. Father, son and friend. All 3 are great people. Manuel does the estimating. He is direct and honest as can be. He will not oversell you. He is extremely knowledgeable, been in the biz for 40+ years.

Had been referred to them by my husband's company - several people there recommended them. Contacted Manuel Eller and he was extremely helpful. After already receiving a visit and a quote by another company, we wanted a second opinion (and estimate). He came out, gave us all the information and came in over $3k (yes, that's $3,000!) cheaper than the other quote for the same furnace!  Plus he didn't charge for the visit like the other company did.. I would definitely recommend him. They did a great job, did not leave a mess and answered all our questions..

fMr. Eller responded quickly to my inquiry and promptly came to our home to give us a estimate that undercut all others by thousands.  It snowed on three installation dates,in which we did not want to be without heat for those days.  He was understanding and  re-scheduled the installation without any problem each time.   Our new furnace heats our home better than the one which was replaced ever did. It has significantly reduced our gas/electric bill as it is so efficient.  I explained that our home was not cool in the summer as I would expect central air to cool.  He explained that our home could only handle a 2 1/2 ton but a 3 ton compressor could be added along with a larger intake vent, which would take care of our cooling problem.  This AC has surpassed my hopes, we have been completely comfortable on the hottest days we have had this year. It's the kind of cooling I was enviable of others having and now I have that kind of cooling !    I am thrilled with both products he installed.  They were on task all day, answered all questions I had and they had the old units out and the new heat/AC installed by late afternoon. Just leave these fellows alone to do their jobs and they are worker bees, they don't require oversight.    On top of all that, the price was outstanding!  We got a new gas furnace, new Central Air Unit , larger return air vent and a new duct work and vent to one other room, plus a new digital thermostat  for a total of $4300 ! Beyond fair in pricing.   This is a family owned business.  There are  three of them doing this work, and they all know their jobs well.  I would highly recommend Roanoke Valley Air Conditioning, Heating and Sheet Metal. 

Called several companies to get price comparison and found this company to be the least expensive, and very low sales pressure. Very satisfied with the work overall, lacks professionalism, but seems honest.
