They replaced all the windows in my home. They did a great job. Their prices were reasonable. I did have to wait a little while to get them to come out.

He was trying to do work on 7 houses at the same time, by himself, so he essentially touched each home one day per week for a few hours. Our home was delivered to the site in Jan 2006. Nothing was accomplished, with the exception of construction an attached garage, until April. The garage did not have a roof, so when the April rains came, the back part of the house, which already had drywall and switch plates up, was inundated with water. All of the drywall had to be redone. We also had the inspector walk through, and he pointed out several additional issues. Mike did continue with us for the duration of the project, but we basically became our own general contractors. We had to find and hire most of the subcontractors. Mike Donovan therefore became a worker, but he had very few skills. A long time family friend in the construction industry came down and had to fix damage to drywall that Donovan had caused. We have a cedar plank ceiling, which was beyond Donovan?s skills as well. We had our friend complete that as well, which cost us additionally. We had hired Mike Donovan to find and oversee all of the subcontractors, which we had to do ourselves out of the phone book. We had gotten his name from a neighbor, who had ended up firing him but did not want to give him a bad review. I would never recommend him to anyone. He was a nice enough man, but he just did not do a good job at all. We did not get a good value for what we paid, and would never use him again.
Description of Work: We hired him as a general contractor for the construction of our new modular home
