The project was supposed to last 60 days, he and his crew worked so irregular that it was not finished more than a year later.  The quality of the work was very poor.   Crooked walls, non workng lighting, gaps in floor, chipped up tile, metal roof had dents, cracks in grout,  and to top it all off, after more than a year and well before finished, he quit working on it and would not return calls.
This is the worst contractor I have ever known or heard of, but he is very polite and makes a good presentation, but cannot live up to his B.S.
