Precision was quick to return my call and come over to my house to make the repair even while it was snowing. They were very good at their job and helping me quickly in my moment of need so that my family could get water flowing again in our house. Thank you.

My call was answered quickly and a time set for someone to come out the next day. Since there was no active leak, this was the best time. The office called to alert me they were on the way and the plumber arrived a few minutes early. After he opened the wall and identified the leak, he gave me the option of fixing it myself and not charging me. That was awesome, but I decided to have a pro do it. He was very polite and worked very quickly. Also took care to minimize the mess he made. He finished quicker than I expected and gave me a rough estimate of my charges. The final bill came out $30 lower. Did an excellent job and I'd use them again.
