Mr. Hernandez was hired by my wife's attorney to do an appraisal on an end unit townhouse for a divorce case. All 3 of Mr Hernandez's comparables were middle unit townhomes. Mr Hernandez avoided my calls when I needed an explanation. First saying that my wife's attorney hadn't given him permission to speak to me, when she had clearly sent him an email giving him permission to speak. And then after trying multiple times and finally getting through, he made the excuse that my wife said for him not to talk to me. It wasn't after the attorney asked again to answer my questions did he finally answer the phone (over 3 months later). When I challenged his methods, he kept cutting me off and hung up on me twice. He even admitted that end units cost more than middle units but because he couldn't find an end unit comparable, he valued it the same as middle units. huh?? I will challenge his appraisal in court, but in the meantime, I had to pay for another appraisal.

William did an Appraisal for me, and was excellent to work with. Communicated very well, showed up on time, completed the appraisal early as requested, very knowledgeable and professional, and the quality of the appraisal and the price great. Will do work with William again.

The worst ever. Did the appraisal, got paid never provived me with a report. This was june 2024. Was contacted by my attorney and promised to have it out the same day. Contacted him today, (july 17 2024) promised to get it out today. Just another lie!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FRAUD!

We just started but I am very impressed with his knowledge, his friendliness and his punctuality. I would recommend him to anyone. He is not pushy and listens.

After meeting at the appointed time at my house. Mr Hernandez said the appraisal would be ready no later than the following Monday. Having heard nothing from him by Thursday I attempted to contact him. No response. Subsequent attempts were not acknowledged. Finally after 2 weeks he responded and said the appraisal would be sent to next morning. It was not and when I inquired about the status of, there was no response. I sent him a text via the Angi app two days after he said the appraisal would be done and told him I would seek help from someone else because he was clearly unable or unwilling to complete the work. No response. I have had many real estate transactions and have never had such an unprofessional experience.
