Outstanding in all respects. Dr, Kassan is the best dentist my wife and I have ever had - and at age 61 I've had a few. He does it all - have never had to go to a specialist - and he does it all extremely well. Great guy too.

Work was done in professional manner. Cost seemed very high for work done and projected future work.

.I had the extraction which was done with very little discomfort.  The doctor used  artifical bone to prevent  further loss of  bone due to extraction. I healed quickly by following the dentist's instruction and taking the antibiotics prescribed. One aside, while Dr. Kassan is very professional he also is very personable and kind.

Dr. Kassan is one of the most compassionate kind doctors I think I've ever met.  He really showed my 89 year old mother great kindness and treated her with the same compassion he would've treated his own family member.  The office staff was awesome and cared for my frail elderly mother.

Even in her "passing" the doctor personally called me to express his condolences.

Although I don't live in the area, I would recommend him to anyone.

Let me first say I never review providers- but my experiences here was so bad I couldn't let it go unnoted especially because I chose this dentist based off the reviews I read here on Angie's List. On my first visit to Dr. Kassan I had to wait almost 40 minutes after my cleaning to see him. When he came in the room he didn't introduce himself or make any mention of my wait. I had told the hygienist that I had a sensitive tooth and apparently she said something to him because without even looking at my tooth he started the visit off telling me I needed s root canal and crown. I'm a military spouse and have seen many dentists in my time of moving from station to station. I have never met one to make a diagnosis without even looking in my mouth. What he didn't even realize was that this specific tooth had been crowned 8 months prior. When I tried explaining that the sensitivity was from an exposed margin that my prior dentist was aware of, he became curt, rude and condescending. I am also a healthcare provider, which I think he also overlooked in my record (which I doubt he even read) and tried explaining I was aware of the cause of my sensitivity and did not believe I needed a root canal. At that point he told me I would be back for a root canal, he would bet on it. Over the next few months the sensitivity improved. 3 months later I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Kassan scolding me for not following through with his plan of care and called me out for being non-compliant! I couldn't believe it! I have never seen such a thing.

Fast forward 6 months, time for my next cleaning. I know we all have bad days so I thought I would give him another chance. Again, I had a pleasant experience with the hygienist but when Dr. Kassan came in (again after a 30-40 min wait) he immediately asked about why I didn't get the root canal. I explained the tooth was feeling better so I didn't think it was necessary. Again, without X-rays, he briefly looked in my mouth and threw down his tools abruptly saying in an exacerbated manner that not only did I still need the root canal but I also had a cavity in my rear molar. What?? I am 39 years old, no prior issues with that tooth and now have a cavity? He asked if I was going to schedule the root canal & filling and I said no, I wanted to get another opinion first. He crumpled up the piece of paper he as writing on and threw it on the table behind me stating 'I have nothing to offer you then' and he stormed out.

I did get that second opinion, and guess what- no cavity and no need for a root canal. My crown just needed a little adjusting. No more sensitivity and I saved the $1600 he was going to charge me for the unnecessary services.

I'm sure if you are the type of patient who doesn't question his diagnoses and do whatever he tells you to do you'll be fine here. However, in my experience he has an enormous ego that can't handle patient questioning. He was by far the most rude and unprofessional healthcare provider I have ever seen.

We love the dental hygienist that works in this office.  She is thorough and does an awesome job!

He explained everything.

He is excellent. He has a really nice manner. He is very knowledgeable. His office staff is efficient and it is nice place to go. I have even walked in last minute without an appointment, but he was able to deal with me right then and there. He has a really good communication system for appointments with receiving emails and texts a week ahead of time. I have never had to wait more then 5-10 minutes for my appointment. I have also had a root canal done, he gave me his cell phone number if I had any issues 24/7. He also takes a variety of insurances too.

They were very good, personable and professional. The office staffs were friendly. I would use them again in the future.

I found him through Angie's List and he has been my dentist for 2-3 years now! He is conveniently located to me. I'm generally happy with the service.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kassan's for many years, and I trust him and his staff.  I've never had anything except courtesy and competence from them.  My hygienist Lisa is the best.  She is a skillful hygienist and a fun conversationalist.  Dr. Kassan replaced a filling for me a few years ago, and without any doubt it was the most painless and stress-free bit of dental work I ever had.  I have fortunately not needed anything very serious done so I can't advise about major work, but I can say with confidence that they take care of the regular needs of an average person expertly.

One thing that I’m really impressed with him is that he remembers every detail of all our conversation even if I saw him six months ago.  His chair side manner is spectacular.  He is top notch.  He also gave me a discount because his service is not covered by my insurance.

He is very detailed oriented.  He is an excellent Dentist. Additionally, his staff is top-notched.

Dr. Kassan is wonderful! The staff is kind and thoughtful and Excellent in every way.

We arrived and the dental hygienists took the first two appointments right away. The other two went back as their appointment times came up. The reception staff, hygienists and dentist were all friendly and took the time to answer any and all questions. Always a clean, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere.

I was very pleased with the overall atmosphere and friendly staff. Everyone ( the Receptionist, Hygienist, and Dr. Kassam himself) was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Hygienist did a very thorough job of cleaning, with great care to be gentle. I got a full mouth set of x-rays and then Dr. Kassam examined my mouth and found 2 surfaces that needed fillings. I returned on 11-13-2013 for the dental work to be completed. Everything was done quickly and professionally and I was more than satisfied with Dr. Kassam and his staff.

Staff is friendly. Dr. Kassan is very professional and explain what/why he was doing.

As always, Dr Kassan was very professional. The procedure lasted about an hour and a half. Was completely pain free and relaxing.

I've  been a patient of Dr. Kassan for three years His staff and my hygienst. Liselotte has  always made me feel comfortable at each dental visit. At each visit,  I enjoy talking to Lisolotte because she always has interesting stories of places she and her husband has visisted.  She also recommends places for my husband and I to visit since we are not from this area. After my cleaning, Dr. Kassan  came  to checked me before I left the office. He is very professional and makes you feel comfortable in his presence. He also asked me about my husband  and remembered that he is is a cowboy fan. I have been to several  dental offices before in the past  but just taking the time to remember certain little things about your patients can mean alot! Another thing that I like about this dental office is that  they are prompt and respect  and value your time. So kudos to Dr. Kassan and his wonderful staff!

I've been going to him since I moved here and he's great. He's very good and always up on the latest things about dentistry. His staff is very caring and always get you in on time and do a great job.

It was pretty positive and she is going back.  I remember that Dr. Kassan seemed to be favorable towards less invasive dental practices, which is one of the reasons why my wife continues to see him.

I like him as he is very good with what he does such as handling of his patients.  I would use him again in the future.
