We had Bernie's install a new high efficiency mini split heat pump to supplement heating/cooling in our basement and all went well. We are extremely satisfied. Bernie's has maintained our older heat pumps for over 10 years and never suggested (like others) that we needed new systems. Any repairs were cost effective and quick.

He had to replace my compressor about 2 months ago. I would recommend this company because I have knew the owners since high school. They are very nice, they are for the most part prompt and they are also honest. I will be using them in the future.
