Peter was very helpful explaining what needed to be done. He met with the insurance assessor and then again with us to explain the situation. He was very helpful in explaining the process. (it was another insurance company because the accident was not my fault).
The repairs were done with excellence. The car looked great inside and out. There were a few threads on the interior seat that had been there since we bought the car ... not sure how it got past the manufactures quality control, but I never did anything with them because they were not in a place where they could be easily seen.  When we got the car back, Peter had trimmed these when he cleaned the interior. The interior had not been this clean since we bought the car. The only think he didn't do was to put the new car smell back in.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the body work. The paint matches perfectly and you would never guess that the vehicle had been in a accident with the damage suffered (damage to all body components except the rear hatch and roof).
Very satisfied.
