They were on time and on budget except whee we decided to splurge.We met frequently with the owner whenever we were in town to go over the details of the construction and answer any questions we had. Their subcontractors were very curteous and knowledgable.

He's been in business in this area for over 20 years. He's a certified builder and actually he's a green builder. He uses green standards in terms of energy efficiency and that type of stuff.
