Very well. Other company/technician gave us an incorrect diagnosis and said we needed a new (expensive) part. That company did not even take the panel off of the back of the washing machine. Just looked at it and said a power surge caused problem.
Jand L came out and quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with them/him. Washing machine still working well.

They were prompt, very nice and helpful, especially considering the power failed right before they got there ! The part needed to be ordered but the repair was done quickly as quickly as possible. Great service.
