This was one of the more painful real estate transactions that I've ever had.....and it's still not over. It was so difficult to get a response via email. And when I would get so frustrated and pick up the phone, often, there were still limited answers. Incorrect documents were sent several times. Even a week after the closing, there were documents sent to me that had been forgotten to have been sent to me that needed my signature, or initials.... Now, 3 months later....I am getting real estate properyt tax bills....I sent to her and asked that it be taken care of (as all of the property taxes had been settled upon at closing). I asked for confirmation that this had been done....I received nothing. Just this week, now I'm getting another bill and notice of a hearing? Painful! Looks like I'm going to have to hire another attorney to clean up this firm's sloppiness and lack of attention to detail.
