Brinkley's Flooring Inc

Installer estimated 40 bags of leveler, ended up using over 70 (of course I got charged for this).  There is a seam in the linoleum running down the length of the basement.  The installer overlapped it crooked when he cut it, so the design does not match.  Bubbles formed under the flooring, which he tried injecting glue into, but that didn't help.  More and more bubbles have formed over the past 9 months, including one that's about two feet in diameter.  Installer did not use seam sealer, because wrinkles are forming there.  Had a flooring inspector look at the floor and he found several problems with how the linoleum was installed.  Installer refuses to repair the floor, stating they have "addressed the problem several times."  Addressed, yes; fixed, no.  The flooring continues to get worse and worse as time goes on.  I cannot stress enough--DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Three days for entire installation.  Crew of two for kitchen, crew of four for rest.  Moved all furnishings, removed all existing flooring and prepared floors for new materials as installation progressed, cleaned all installed flooring and restored all furnishings to original placements.
