We are a complete collision repair business at the heart of Smith Mountain lake Va. We use Sherwin Williams waterborn based paint, Chief frame repair equipment and a Garmat heated paint booth. We offer free pick up and delivery, rental cars on site free estimates. They had to fabricate a couple of the parts themselves and had to deal with the The Hartford Insurance Co., and did an excellent job on both fronts. Additionally, they had to coordinate mechanical work that they farmed out next door of the body shop and did that willingly.
It took about two weeks longer to get the car back to me than they said initially, but it was largely due to the mechanical shop who was having personnel issues. In any event, Phil was on the phone keeping us updated on the work from the start.
I highly recommend their work, but almost as good as their work was their professionalism and their customer service. I hope I don't need their services in the future; but if I do, I will certainly take it back. Dr. Charles Harding
