I own property on Lake Anna and wanted to build a new home. I looked at hundreds of home designs, but nothing was working for me. I contacted a few realtors who told me that Arctek Homes provides design service. I went to see their Idea Homes and arranged a meeting. It took about 6 weeks to design exactly what I wanted. We agreed to the costs involved and they proceeded with construction. It was absolutely turn-key right down to the cleaning.
