It has been extremely economical to construct in this fashion. Any frustrations and delays involved have been due to performance of the associated suppliers (chosen by us) and not Mr Conner. He has done exactly what he said he would do and stayed within the strict budget we imposed. He is licensed and fully insured which is also comforting. He has chosen subcontractors and allowed us to decide if they are acceptable.
We are erecting a stick house package purchased from a major lumber company. Wayne has been able to modify that plan to our desires. We will finish the project next month.

They were great! Our realtor was amazed at the quality of their work. And, they knew we were on a tight schedule and were conscientious of that fact and stayed on schedule. They refinished a basement, updated a bathroom and did other minor repairs. The house actually sold for more than our realtor originally thought we could get for it, because the materials WE Conner Construction chose and their craftsmanship made the house look so nice!
