G.H. Watts Construction

At one year mark (Dec. 2013) they were supposed to fix problems/issues that had occurred after the change of seasons/settling of house. It took 3+ months for them to get there and the work did not fix everything. We still have an issue with our sink drain leaking which was supposed to have been fixed in March. I called the contact person two weeks ago and have not received a return call thus we can't use the right hand side of our sink because it leaks all over the cabinet base.

The salesman, Dave Elsey, reviewed several plans, the cost of new construction, and reviewed a particular home site. At the time we decided to continue house hunting. After deciding we weren't finding what we wanted we contacted Mr. Elsey again. He showed us houses in progress. The workmanship seemed solid, the houses very nice, and details were added to make the particular homes work for the clients.
After much researching, looking for reviews of the builder form other sources, and looking at the information provided, we decided to have GH Watts build our home. So far the experience with all the ups and downs, has gone well. We picked a lot, the house include standard items which would be upgrades for other builders. Currently the house is being finished and it looks solid. When two wall were up, construction took a break during a series of storms that included a possible funnel cloud passing the area. Trees were down in the area of the construction, branches were down all around, but the two walls stayed up!
GH Watts has worked with us through many aspects of the construction, the crew working on the house was attentive to my requests during my first walk through, and when any possible problem presents itself, we are contacted to work out our options.
