They were very easy to work with, though we felt a bit rushed in our decision on whether or not to use them because we were told that if we didn't decide they would have to start another job that would delay us for a month (we were on a time table).  This pressure is why I gave them a B rating on price, as we really couldn't shop around too much.  However, with that said, I feel that we received quality workmanship and that they were honest and worked within the time frame that they said they would. We are quite pleased and will use them again if the need arises.

Damage was assessed and recommendations given to me as to how to best repair the damage and prevent future issues.  Work was performed and periodic updates given throughout the project. Fair price quoted for the work.

Derrik is very handy and did a super job on both jobs. The bathroom is amazing with heated floor and frameless shower surround. We get compliments on it and the fireplace repeatedly.  He is always punctual and cleans up when done. He also came out in a hurry when I had a leaking toilet and repaired the ceiling that was damaged below the bathroom.
