+ -1 moreAbout half of homes in same age subdevelopment have had/are having roofs replaced by insurance co's after a hail storm. Insurance co sent Wilton to inspect roof. Ladder put up above garage to look at roof, Without going on roof, company VP said "wear & tear" to roof and not covered by insurance. How can you inspect for hail damage without walking the roof? Did the hail cause the "wear & tear"? Ladder moved to allow access to roof pipe where leak was occurring. Collars added to all 5 roof pipes latter involving 1 hour of work. Price for this hour service $417. The collar service was preformed acceptable.
Description of Work: Inspect roof for hail damage & repair leak after water stain seen in bedroom. Other homes in sub having roofs replaced by ins.

+ -1 morehad to have them come out multiple times to fix issues. had to have work redone by different people. took almost a year and a half to finish. was told they hate to work with military because we are to picky about how things are finished.

+ 1 moreWe called them after the storm hit. We needed to have our roof covered up with a tarp. They came out right away on a holiday and covered the roof with a tarp. They always answered our calls and if we left a voicemail they would respond very quickly. There wasn't any lag time with their follow up. They worked very closely with the insurance company to make sure that everything was covered and that it was done correctly.
Description of Work: We had some storm damage that needed to be fixed. They replaced our roof, some siding and remodeled my bedroom.
