They were on time and able to dry out the floor. Additional work was needed to the kitchen floor, but I went with another contractor because of the scope of work.
Description of Work: Our kitchen floor was flooded when the dishwasher overflowed. They removed the linoleum, underlay and peninsula. They brought 3 big fans to dry out the sub-floor, which ran 24/7 for 72 hours.

 + 1 moreStill waiting for one last room to get wallpaper hung. We're very happy with everything else, well I'm happy, my wife is impatient. VRS is professional, does good work, and we would use them again (well I would use them again).
Description of Work: Pipe busted in attic causing water damage in several rooms. VRS did water mitigation in July; brought in subcontractors in Aug-Sept for: new insulation, drywall and sheetrock, wallpaper, used their in house VRS painter.
