"Our company made every effort to satisfy this customer .She was very difficult to deal with .Her issue we believe came from her moving the furniture back off the screen porch herself and may have scuffed the floor. In the process. We certainly offered to replace the floor but she would not agree to those terms."
Owner and installer were not professional in dealing with our concerns. I won't use them again, and recommend that you avoid them.
"The customer did not contain her large dog and bit installer and also jumped on his vehicle and scratched the paint.The customer had to pay for damages and was very angry about what happened .They decided to put bad comments out there about the Craftsmanship of the job it was done correctly."
