Our first time home mortgage experience was first rate through one of Village Bank's senior loan officers. Lee Sansom made this first time stressful experience a pleasant one. He originally met with us at the start of our home buying process and once during our search so that we could go over numbers and scenarios so that we would have a complete understanding of what we were getting into and what we could afford. He allowed us to ask questions throughout the whole process. He would go over something until you understood it so that you could be knowledable and make an informed decision. When it came down to doing the loan application process once we found the right house, he got us a great rate and kept us informed regarding the process and where we were at and what else was needed. And then when it came down to signing the papers on the last day, he explained each document to us one by one as we went along. Lee has the patience of a saint and his professionalism is admirable.
