They destroyed my furniture, I mean they destroyed my stuff. I don't even want to tell you what we went through -- my daughter's bed was broken in half. They destroyed my refrigerator and didn't pay for it, even though it was clearly well above the quote, unquote, insurance rating. The list is endless. I mean, I considered suing them. It was a nightmare. They completely underestimated, even though I did a thorough walk-through. It took them two days to move me instead of one. It was such a bad experience. I had to use them twice because we had to go out of our house into temporary housing and all they did was move me into a storage unit. I did the rest of it. Because they packed the storage unit so horrendously, like, I have pictures, no other moving company would touch it so I had to have them back to move me out and then tried to file a claim with them. They did not even bother to work with me.
