10-15 pieces of Masonite siding on my home had become soft and needed replacement. Also, a similar number of trim pieces needed replacing. Tricities very carefully removed the bad pieces of siding so as not to damage adjacent siding and replaced them with a fiber cement board with a similar profile. The trim pieces were replaced with a PVC product. They had a local paint company match the color of my existing siding (matching weathered exterior paint is no easy feat) so all new siding would blend seamlessly with the old. They also painted my front and back doors.
The only problem we had was the front door hardware was reinstalled slightly crooked (something only a perfectionist like me would notice LOL) but they were more than willing to come back promptly and straighten it up for me.
They arrived on time, were polite and professional, kept their work area neat during the job, cleaned up completely when the job was finished, and seemed to truly care about the client and their needs. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
