I recently hired T&G Enterprise LLC for a siding installation at my home, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the quality of work was abysmal. The siding has already started falling off the house, and the installation process caused significant damage (broken cable box, exposed electrical etc.) to my property. Moreover, they failed to honor the agreed-upon discounted terms (veteran discount), and their communication has been non-existent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the most recent issues, we have been met with the same response of "I'll call my installation guy now.", with no response until we contact them again. I strongly advise against using their services, as their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is alarming. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable siding company.

Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through the whole process. He was very nice and personable. His men were professional and efficient. They left our home clean and beautiful. I would recommend them to everyone.

Given that my job was rather simple (repair vent collars), I was surprised to receive such quick attention. Tom even was early for our appointment and he was very patient and thorough with my questions. The job was scheduled quickly and executed as planned. Because not all the materials planned were used, Tom even reduced the final bill. I will definitely use T & G again when the need arises.

After another roofing company left me in a bind, the wonderful people at T&G stepped in at the last minute and helped me out. I highly recommend!

T&G worked with us to help us file the insurance claim and get the project moving along quickly. They came out to meet with the insurance inspector to go over what they saw and get feedback from the insurance company to help us determine if the repairs would be covered. Even though the insurance company estimate was less than expected, T&G worked with us to get the job done for a reasonable price while providing quality work. The work was completed on time and with very little inconvenience to us. They even came back out afterwards to double check their clean up and make sure we were happy with the completed project. I would highly recommend them, and in fact, already have.
