They've gone up so much in their price that it really amazed me. It's under new management but there's just a lot of things that they have done really great. They jumped three times on their prices. They're good. Their punctuality is very good.

Stoneman did not appear for the appointment but a representative called to say that their technician was busy on another call and would call later that afternoon. No one came or called

They come when needed. They make appointments, and they show up. They answer any of my questions. I've been using them for 20 years. I guess, their price is right. I don't really compare it from the others. I just stick with those people that I've worked with for 20 years. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Charles Goodman furnished a competive estimate and we were impressed with his honesty and integrity. His installation team were professional, courteous, and completed the job efficiently and as promised. Performance of the Trane units have been solid thus far consistent with what was committed. This is the second job which Stoneman's has completed within the past 12 years and I would definitely use their services again.

Stoneman Heating and Air were prompt in returning our calls and they showed up at their scheduled time. They were very courteous, professional, clean and did a sufficient job. It didn't take them very long to do what they had to do.

We were in a jam when our compressor went out and they sent over a repairman right away. He was very efficient and completed all the work that day. The service was good, however I thought the price was very high. Since the unit has worked great so far I would ask them back if necessary. They offered us a service contract but we declined.

I had heard from a few people that Stoneman Heating did a good job and that they weren't too expensive so I decided to give them a try. They had my old furnace out and the new one in very quickly and cleaned up all the mess.
