The actual work was satisfactory and the technician was very polite. What I resented was their dishonest way of jacking up the price. I was very clear on the phone about what I wanted done and was quoted a price of $119.00. When the technician arrived he told me that his invoice only specified 1 flight of stairs and that doing both flights would raise the price to $149.00 and that adding an area meant that I lost the $20 discount for a total bill of $169.00! I argued with them and asked for a manager. After a long wait they told me that they'd listened to the tape of my initial call and that I had made myself clear. They agreed to the original price although I still lost the discount! By this time, I told them to go ahead with it. Later I looked for reviews online (which I should have done earlier) and found that the often used these tactics to inflate the price. DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They are thieves and con men!

They only did the downstairs. I'd possibly use them again. I've used them before and the price was right. They've done a good job in the past. This being a Saturday maybe had something to do with it. The guy that came with it wasn't my favorite kind of person. He just was a little hard to work with. They were punctual. They were running a special. They did a pretty good job.

We were pleased with them. They did a good job. They had a good price and courteous people. They were courteous and they did the job. The price was fair. It wasn't too high. These people do it all of the time, so they know how to do it.

I was not happy and satisfied considering the price paid. The final application left debris trapped under the sealer.

We were quite pleased with their work. They are quite good at what they do. They are timely and their prices are right. I would highly recommend them. Their scheduling and responsiveness are excellent. We have no complaints at all.

I was able to get a quick and convenient appointment. The gentlemen did a great job removing stains from a former mold/mildew issue around floor vents. I'm very pleased and will certainly call again.

I had the company come out to our new house and the house we were moving out of. Both times the company was on time and worked efficiently to get the job done on time. They did a great job with cleaning the carpets and getting the stains out. In the new house they recommended cleaning the bathroom floors and shower and it looked great when they were done. The grout was back to its original color. Michael Mckiver was the main man who came to our house and was polite and friendly. I had him schedule the appointment to come out to our old house and he made sure they made it on time and even rememered that i had to be somewhere in the afternoon so they worked extra fast. He did a great job and I would recommend him to come to your home if you live in the richmond area.

Two men arrived to clean the carpets - they started right away and got everything done. I had previously moved the furniture, so can't say how much of that they would have done. Carpets were much cleaner and had no sticky residue.

The work turned out very well. I was very satisfied with their customer service on the phone and with the men that came out to clean the carpets. I would recommend them to others.

I was happy with the carpet cleaning but I was not satisfied with the floor cleaning. They were very responsive throughout the process. Whenever I called the office manager to schedule and re schedule the appointment they were extremely accommodating. He was patient, understanding, and helpful.

The two men arrived on time, protected my furniture, moved with care small items and replaced them once they'd completed the cleaning. They were very polite and professional and did an amazing job on my carpets.

They do an excellent job. The last time they were here they moved my furniture and did an excellent job with the cleaning. I think they are a little more expensive than others but you can be confident with the quality of their work.

The experience with them was average. The boy who came out was very polite, very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. What I disliked about it was that I have cats and they get stains on the carpets and I think that they didn't take the stain out very nicely. I don't know whether it was because they couldn't see it very nicely or not. They were very nice in selling out things like they would do this and that. They were thoroughly persistent and numbers that they mentioned was just kind of annoying. I would not use them again. For what they did and what I got depending upon the results, they were expensive. They were responsive and showed up when they were supposed to show up. They were very nice and I think they could have done a better job.

The experience went very well. They came in and they knew what they were doing. They showed me who they were when they came to the door. I had some stains in the carpet that they took out; which I didn't think would come out because it was chocolate. They cleaned up after themselves. The price is very reasonable. They run this offer once in a while where you get three rooms cleaned for $99; I always have my carpets cleaned and it's extra for the scotch guard. The quality was very good. I will use them again in the future but not to clean upholstery. I had my couch cleaned and they had to come back three times on that.
