"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. back in 2017 when we were trying to help you with your renovation, we were still working on getting our process straight. ultimately we ended up doing away with renovation work, as it is a very difficult process to manage. Obviously we didn't meet your expectations on timeframe and communication back then. You have my sincere apology. I am happy to hear that the final product was what you were looking for and that ultimately you love your bathroom renovation. It did come out great. It just took longer than we had hoped. We try and learn from all of these situations, the good and the bad."
