They really do know their stuff aquarium-wise, however they're spread way too thin in terms of work load. As for punctuality, I gave them a C because of their suppliers, not their personnel - this project was kicked off early to mid November and I didn't receive vital accessories for the aquarium until late December.
Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with the experience but it could have gone A LOT smoother, with a large part of the blame resting with their suppliers.
