We find them very helpful.  We had a robbery a month or so ago and they changed some things on our system.  They were very helpful in accommodating small animals in the house and motion detectors and those things.  They’re good about suggesting ways to make sure we have the very best coverage.  They are a very good company and we will continue to use them.

Company is willing to negotiate on the price of the equipment. Installation went exactly as described. Monitoring service also works as described. We have accidentally set the alarm off several times. As part of the monitoring they check the phone line connection weekly and monitor the battery life of the wireless equipment they installed. Would highly recommend.

Two really kind, knowledgeable men installed our alarm. They were courteous and cleaned after they were done. They explained how the alarm worked. It was just as they described in the estimate. I have had one incident when a sensor was tripped and the central monitoring people called me. It worked just as they described. I would highly recommend them.

I have never had reason to call them so I don't know how they're customer service department is but the man that came out did a great job of explaining how everything worked and answered any questions we had.

We were pleased with the alarm they installed. Although we don't get the monitoring system they offer but we can when we get ready. They didn t call harassing us to sign on and we still feel safe using the system as is and it works just fine. They explained our system to us and answered our questions. We will use them for monitoring when we are ready.

When I was in need of a monitoring service I called around to check references and price and Richmond alarm seemed best on both. I have never had any alarms go off so I really don t know how quick they respond but I've heard they are great.
