I would never recommend Ellen Clark for the realtor on your property. On my home listing {$235,000}, Ellen Clark put photos in multiple on-line listings showing an old blow-up mattress on the floor of the master bedroom, of rooms where some shades were up but some were down, of rooms where a shade was broken and hanging diagonally.  Ellen Clark went days without contacting the perspective buyers' realtor with counteroffers and/or with other important information that needed to reach perspective buyers. The buyer's realtor stated that Ellen said it was I who was at fault for not responding, this is a lie. Ellen sent me text messages meant for other people. I have an email from Ellen where she writes that she's the buyer's agent on my house. Ellen sent me text messages including mean/insulting remarks such as 'the perspective buyers should walk away'. Ellen made no attempt to stop false information on Addendums thereby leading the buyers to believe things that were not accurate/true. Ellen said she had some of my financial and legal items but refused to tell me where they can be retrieved.
