Re-Freshen

First of all let me say that Chris was amazingly accommodating to come out on such short notice (less than a couple hours) on a Sunday of all days! He not only did the tests, but explained them, remained objective, and broke every detail down for us so that we could understand what he was doing, why, and what to expect with the results. Overall he was straight forward, helpful, and incredibly professional! I would recommend him to anyone. He really brought some relief to us during this stressful time.

Our experience with Re-Freshen was excellent. We were in a bind during the closing process on a house, right up against the Thanksgiving holiday, and Chris was incredibly flexible, helpful and responsive. He managed to come to the house the same day I contacted him, and he was also able to get the lab to run our tests even though they were off the next day for Thanksgiving Eve. We could not be more grateful for the information and assistance Re-Freshen so quickly provided. It was easy and pleasant working with them, and their prices were fair. Chris is extremely personable, and even took some of his own time to look through some 'before' pictures of the property we're hoping to buy (before it was renovated that is) to see if he could detect any potential causes or cases of mold -- and he also gave us referral info for other contractors that was really useful. I can't say enough about how wonderful Chris was to deal with. We purchased a home that was a top to bottom renovation. The previous owners were smokers and had dogs and ferrets for pets. Needless to say, the odor in the house was a problem... A BIG problem. So, upon the recommendation from a friend who also bought a "smoker's house," we started researching Ozone Treatments to remedy this issue. After receiving two estimates, I came across Chris's company and he returned my email inquiry right away. He was very courteous, knowledgable, and patient in explaining the process. He was able to give an estimate over the phone based on square footage and guaranteed the results. I appreciated his professionalism and after reviewing all estimates, felt confident that he was the best choice. We set the appt. for the day after closing prior to an actual move-in, and Chris was right on time and things could not have gone better! I encourage anyone who is worried about buying property with a previous smoker - although the ferret smell was just as horrible- to use this company to ERASE the smell. I really am a huge fan of both the owner and the service. As promised, when we noticed a slight residual ferret odor in the basement - he returned, no questions asked and performed a full day service again isolating the problem area and we are FREE of ferret! Just wonderful. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will use Re-Freshen anytime we need any of the services they provide without any worry, for sure....
