Very shady and are bad at what they do. Ron and his workers showed up to my house and did work without my authorization and without my knowledge. They also dont have the basic understanding of how to install gutters, as you can see in this photo they installed gutters over a rotted fascia board. Steer clear and avoid them.

I would not recommend Rain Carriers to anyone. The initial assessment involved a recommendation without even going on the roof. They recommended an additional downspout to control excess water. I asked to have it conditionally checked for clogging but even still strongly recommended the downspout. The crew arrived without a time window (just the day) of arrival (just showed up) and didnâ t have a clear understanding of the job. The crew smoked on our yard, damaged our plants, sat on our furniture, and left screws and metal throughout the yard after the job. It rained a few times since their work and the installed downspouts drain no water. When questioned on the cosmetic appeal of one of the gutters turning before hitting the deck, the owner stated that â it looks goodâ and offered nothing in return. There is concrete under the deck and the other gutter had no issue with this. It was just lazy work. The crimping was done downstream as well which is shocking, so it will leak. I contacted the owner again after the past few storms with literally no rain coming from either downspout they recommended, the owner had no intention of refunding or correcting their advice and work. I believe I had a very poor recommendation (mainly just to sell something that was not needed). Please do not hire this company.

Ron did an excellent job completing my deck repair project. He was punctual in coming to look at and assess the problem, give me an estimate and begin the work. Highly recommend Ron and Rain Carriers.

Rain Carrier removed the old railing from the front porch and replaced them with a better rail and posts. Replace the porch soffits and step unit which was not in good shape. Painted the porch deck and steps. And add night lights to the newel posts. I think the porch is now better than when it was new. Good work competently done.

Ron,came out on a Sunday morning and measured up my job and presented a estimate at that time . I was also impressed with the fast timing with the start date after I hired him and the 1 day completion of the job.Thats a rarity these days!

Ron called quickly, made an appt to come estimate, and completed the work in less than 4 days. He was on time, professional and did what was required to remedy my problem. I would highly recommend Ron Young and Rain Carriers for your gutter needs. His card is in my file for any other problems.

Rons price and quality of work was poor at best. Was to replace the fascia board, install new metal fascia and other misc work. For what was charged and work done very disappointed. Ordered sub quality material and was afraid to come back when questioned on what was installed. DO NOT USE HIM. Another contractor came by and looked at what was done and we were charged and says sorry you got screwed! We have to hire someone else to fix his work and complete things that should have been done for the money he charged!

The estimate was $400 but the price ended up being almost $500.

I was very pleased with the response time and communication with Rain Carriers. My situation was one that needed to be responded to promptly and they were able to do the job the same week that I called them out for an estimate. I gave a 4.0 on money because I did get an estimate from one other company who was cheaper (and also had good reviews), but they were not able to get to the job until about 2 weeks later. So I went with Rain Carriers, and I don't regret it. I would recommend.

Very good quality materials and fast courteous service. Both the owner and his assistant were knowledgeable and efficient. Replaced all my gutters and downspouts installed all new facia boards replaced over 35 lineal feet of Masonite siding and were done in 3 work days! I will have them back in the spring for leaf guard install. Ron Young knows what he is doing and the job is done properly, no corner cutting, all work lifetime warranty

I hired them Jul 21, 2016 to install new gutters on the front and back of the house and the garage. There was some issues. They were not slanted correctly so the water did not run off properly. They had to come back the next day to fix the gutters. I had 2 roof repair guys came in Sep 2017 and they said the gutters were not hung properly causing the water to run down the fascia and the side of the house. A third roofer came in Oct 2017 to fix the roof and he told me the same thing. I called Ron Young and told him about this about 2 weeks ago and he said he would come out the next day and fix it. He didn't show up. I called him 2 times since then. He doesn't respond to my calls.
