Patrick's Painting and Home Repair

Patrick made sure he understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. He was happy to provide separate quotes for additional jobs and also a combined quote. He also offered a lot of helpful advice regarding some DIY home improvement projects. His work on our porch was very well done. All the seams and corners are snug and attractive. There was one small problem but Patrick had no problem coming by to set it right (one of the vents started slipping out of the porch ceiling due to the surrounding wood shrinking from less heat/humidity). He doesn't do all the work himself, but he is very hands on to make sure the job gets done right. Patrick will be replacing some windows and a door for us in a couple weeks' time.
