+ 0 moreI have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler… It still has the factory wrap + extended warranty on it. I could take it to the Jeep dealership but I trust Bill and his staff at Ms Tuffy implicitly with all my vehicle care. I have always had A+ service and being a female it’s oftentimes hard to find a good mechanic to trust. I grew up in a junkyard so it’s kind of hard to fool me when it comes to things and I have caught people in the past doing such. Bill and his staff are 100% honest. They’ll take the time to tell you exactly what was done and why it was done and answers any questions you may have. They will also provide your old parts back to you if you desire. I’ll never go anywhere else for my automotive care as long as Ms Tuffy is around.
Description of Work: The heater and the heated seat in my passenger side went bad in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. While it was in the shop, I also had my oil changed, my tires balanced and rotated, and an inspection sticker.
