Great response and price

Worked around my schedule and arrived the next work day after my initial contact. Called prior to arrival to let me know they were on the way. Replaced a section of copper pipe under floor and in wall behind toilet that had been leaking. Approximate 18” inches. Sawed off PVC pipe for toilet at flange to extend length. Recommended this fix due to previous issues with wax seal leaking after raising height of floor. Flange extenders had not been reliable. Failed twice. Team listened and offered great suggestions to permanently fix an issue that had been causing problems for years. Felt like they had my best interest at heart.

Plumber determined toilet was leaking for a while and had damaged the floor. Before fixing toilet, floor needed to be fixed. Therefore, he was not able to fix the toilet, only to move. Disappointed that plumber did not bother to remove water from toilet knowing that it would be sitting for a while. Also, plumber did not have a cap to cover pipe. Stuffed with paper towels. Never received quote for installing on demand hot water heater.

My wife said they took a long while to get parts at VAMAC. They charged $175 for labor. Maybe because three men came to the house. One man turned water off and on outside the home while on man replaced the parts. I felt over-charged for this service. They didn't wear shoe covers.

Attempted to repair slow drain in sink. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve the slow draining sink because maybe this type of sink wont drain fast unless the pop out is pulled out completely. But did put everything back together and I will just use the sink without the pop up drain installed.

Fixed leaking toilet pipe connection, leaky shower connection, install dishwasher (Lowe's refused due to Pex pipes). Fast, efficient, professional, fair priced. Fast to respond to queries and appointments. Will use again in a heart beat for any future plumbing needs. Thanks!!!

Very responsive and came out to give me a quote for snaking my drain line vs replacing drain line - Suggested I replace plumbing instead of snaking it. Set up a day to complete it and were punctual. Mike spent time educating me, which I really appreciated!

Contacted Mr. Wilson on his website via his contact form. Received a response within one hour. Explained that I needed a toilet reset (my experience has been that most people are not interested in small jobs like this). He said that he would be happy to help. Came out the next day and did the job. Spent extra time explaining why we were having problems.
Extremely prompt, courteous, and very professional.
I will have other plumbing needs in the future and this is who I will call.
