Very nice staff. You don't feel like you're in a tire store and there's a nice waiting area. The second time, I was by myself in the waiting area, they have a TV there but I asked them if they could turn it off because I wanted to read and they were very nice about it and turned it off immediately. I think they have coffee available so it's a nice waiting room. They were really good because I bought the tires and they also did a check over the whole car and told me about some things that I would need to get fixed before my next inspection. I did a comparison of the tires that they quoted me on and they were about the same.

The technicians were very professional and friendly. The lobby is clean and comfortable. I didn't feel pressured to purchase other services that I didn't ask for. The only problem was that the technician entered my phone number incorrectly so we weren't offered the alignment we needed. I will use them again.
