From first contact to last contact everything was PERFECT! I could not be more pleased. Their equipment was state of the art. Their crew was very polite, efficient and professional. The crew barely left at trace when they were finished. I highly recommend.

Great! Came and gave us a quote, told us how they were going to remove the 4 massive trees that were down, when they were coming and cleaned up after. Even took a dead tree down. Very professional.

The work was always done fully, clean up was immaculate.His crew took pains to avoid damaging nearby landscape and we could not be happier with the professionalism and services. We've replaced all the large trees with smaller ornamentals over several years, so have not needed his services in a while. We continue to recommend him to anyone needing tree service done. This company had done some work for our neighbors and seemed to do a good job. I contacted the owner and he came out the next day to give me an estimate. (He would have come the same day but we had some bad thunderstorms). Work was scheduled for 2 days later. His crew showed up on time and finished early. Cleaned up perfectly. Great job!

I was surprised. It was fast and clean. After they were done I forgot to ask them for some wood chips to put in my flower bed so I called them later and they came back out to bring me some wood chips. I appreciated that. He was very nice, good and fast. I thought it was going to take a long time to do the whole thing, but he had a crew that sectioned off the tree, put it through the chipper and they were gone. It took about an hour-and-a-half and it was a big tree. The tree had three forks and was leaning on a fence so he had to take down two of them and they were really thick. He was very helpful and did not take down the whole tree. He did not do the removal during the summer when the tree was growing so did it in the early spring. He came out and looked at the tree and then called me back and scheduled. Then he came when he said. He was on time within 15 minutes so I thought that was good. They knew what they were doing.

My side yard, front yard, and back yard are ruined. He allowed his tractor to pick up 30 huge logs from 6 tall pine trees that another Hernandez tree service had cut down. The weight of the tractor alone created ruts 1 ft. or more deep and are now filled with standing water. My back yard is full of deep muddy ridges and even my dogs can navigate it. He also damaged my fence gate by breaking off the posts in the ground in order to create a wide opening for the tractor to go through. I had to have it professionally repaired since it was broken apart and non-functional and I have dogs who used to enjoy the back yard. Also the swing, glider, birdbath and a nice small tree were pushed aside. The tree is going to have to be cut down now. He knew the yard was too soft and watched this damage happen while overseeing the process. I'm going to take legal steps.

M-C Hernandez Tree Service provided wonderful service that went above and beyond any contractor in my experience. I had tried for two weeks to find a contractor to clear my lot so that a fence could be installed, and had zero success. Most said that they were unavailable for months, others just didn't reply.
Yesterday the team from Hurricane Fence arrived and said they would do what they could until the lot was cleared. I asked the foreman if he knew anybody, and he made a phone call to Mr. Hernandez. Shortly after that I met him and we made arrangements for the next day.
He understand my urgency, and expressed many times that customer satisfaction and a fair price for the job was important to him. He did not want to overcharge. Wow - not a common factor in my experience.
He showed up early today with his team, and asked if I would also like a few dogwood trees dug up and replanted in my empty front yard. Wow again.
