+ -1 moreContractor contacted me immediately after posting estimate request and set up a time to arrive on 5/18 @1330. He contacted me at 1325 and stated he mistakenly thought we lived in Fredericksburg and rescheduled for 5/19 @0830. The physical address is clearly indicated on the request for service and I messaged him prior to the appointment that the home is located in the Solsbury division in Midlothian. The contractor did not show up, nor give a courtesy call to inform me he was running late or canceling. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! I am a US Navy veteran and punctuality is imperative to running a business.
Description of Work: Power washing of exterior of home, windows, shutters, roof, and brick walkway.
