We continue to discover mistakes this realtor made. Although he was fairly quick to schedule home viewings, he provided us with bad, often contradictory advice. He became very angry when we decided a pull an offer after discovering information about upcoming transportation construction in the area. The home inspector he recommended missed several important problems. The realtor also made several errors with our offer and closing paperwork as well as inspections. He seemed to lack some pretty basic knowledge. We were left feeling like he only cared about getting us into a house so he could make his commission.
