My rings fit perfectly! They were so shiny and sparkly when I got them back. They haven't looked this good, or fit this well in almost 30 years! It only took a week and the rings were ready on time. the watch he did while we waited.

Tom, the proprietor, enlarged the openings for 2 charms so that they would go on my bracelet.  He did the work immediately while we waited.  He's a terrific guy and I would definitely go back to him for any jewelry repairs that I have.

This may be my second review, but I can't say enough about the great service I have received. The owner is courteous and reliable. He will not attempt to repair anything that he feels cannot be done properly (poor design, poor metals, etc.). His prices are amongst the fairest you can find anywhere in the area. I have now had over had over 20 stones (some rather valuable) placed in settings which I bought from other sources - he has done an outstanding job every time. And, yes, I'll be going back whenever I can.

They are excellent, very good. My overall experience with them is good.

Called for an estimate and was told it could be done within a day. Dropped off the ring and picked it up the next day ,as promised. The ring was cleaned and polished and fit according to the larger sizing. Very satisfied.

Very professional; gave information on the ring settings, work was done on the due date. Prices were reasonable.
