Work completed satisfactory. Analysis and recharge took a bit too long.

I usually get something in the mail from them, what they give you for specials. I don’t drive that much. It was the end of December, so I got in right away and waited there for my car. The staff is nice and courteous. They write you a check list of what else you would need in the future and all of that. I like that and they don’t push you. I don’t have many problems with my car. I took it there myself.

They were really good.  They were more honest then the previous place that wanted us to get all this unnecessary work done to my son's 4Runner.  They knew the car was under warranty so the checked to see if they would do some things the would be covered by it.  They were excellent and we will use them again in the future.

It was fine. They are very polite. The customer lounge is awesome. There is a separate WI-FI room with desks. There is free coffee, pastries, and cold drinks there. I only waited for an hour. I bought the Prius from them.

I made my appointment online to get some service on my vehicle which had recently been in an accident- I was leaving for a trip to the Florida Keys and needed my car to make the distance. I knew it would take more than a day so I opted to rent a vehicle from them. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted but unfortunately, the dealership had no record of me scheduling service or needing a rental car. Travis, the service manager, quickly eased my mind before I started freaking out and said it was absolutely no problem. I waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes before they had my rental car and I was on my way! I was SO impressed!
I got a call around noon that same day and got the run-down of the damages- which was a little more extensive than I thought. Travis explained everything in detail and assured me that they could complete all necessary fixes. They did say they would need to keep the car overnight as they had to order some parts. I got a call around noon the next day from Travis with some other suggested fixes, which I declined, and he was completely okay with and not pushy AT ALL- I so very much appreciate that. Two hours later I got the call that my car was ready. When I went to pay, I noticed that my total was much less expensive than the original estimate because Travis had found me lots of coupons and deals- he saved me close to $500.
My transaction was fast, painless, and my car is running wonderfully. The customer service was unmatched. I NEVER took my car to the dealership before but I had such a great experience that I will start bringing it back to Haley in the future.

They did not find anything wrong so did not charge me anything for their service. I am happy with the service.

I had a great expierence every time that I go to Haley service! They are always able to accomidate my schedule and have even picked me up from shopping after my vehicle was ready for pick up.

Everything they did except the interior cleaning seemed to be done well, I haven't had any issues with the work. The interior cleaning was mediocre, definitely not worth $20 as the dash and such wasn't wiped down well and the windows were rather streaky.
Spark Plugs were priced at $14 a piece. Market price $7
Labor was $99.50 for a job that takes about an hour.
$156 total - high, but expected for a dealer.
Oil change priced as expected.
Tire rotation - $20, expected price.
Wash - $20 - high, but paid it for the convenience. Mediocre job.
Cabin Air Filter - $25. Market price $17 - $20. Not terribly overpriced.
A/C Refresher Kit - $20 - The "kit" used to "clean" the system from the rodent...even though there were NO foul smells.
Labor to install the A/C Refresher Kit - $41.95 - search for this on YouTube and see how easy it is to install. Ripoff.
Labor to install the filter - $20 - really? $20 to install a filter?
Total - $107 to replace an air filter. The rest was unnecessary and just a way to make money off of me.
Drive Belt - $22.90 Market Price $10.19
Install labor - $99.50 should take under an hour. Look up the YouTube video.
No state inspection was performed.
On the way home, the A/C was squeaking. Total waste of $90 as I could have very easily put in a new filter myself.
Overall, prices were high, but to be expected I guess. My issue was the waste in the A/C cabin filter cost and the way the service advisor was just trying to sign up work rather than taking time to understand the service the vehicle had performed previously. I had all service records, he never asked to see them or to help me determine what needed to be done. Good thing I did my homework and didn't let him do the coolant change. And now I need to go oil my A/C fan.

I am happy with the service that they do. I have never have had a issue. I take my car there as needed.

The service was horrible. They did nothing but mess up my car. When he got it home, the automatic doors wouldn't work so he had to take it back. They had not plugged a connector back in. He had it done on a Thursday and the next day we were leaving to drive 300 miles. We got maybe 100 miles down the road and the car started acting funny. The cruise control wouldn't work any longer. We realized it had something to do with the brake on the car. We called them directly and told them we had a problem and their answer was “sorry, we don't know what we can do to help you. Call the national number.” I did call the national Toyota number and they were well aware that I was not a happy customer. They found a dealership on the road on our trip that would look at the car. At this point we realized the brake lights were staying on, including when the car was turned off. They put in a switch that wasn't secured properly. What should have been a five hour trip turned into seven hours, after the national Toyota found a dealer to look at it for us. They fixed it for us and we went on our way. My problem, and I told the dealer this, was the service was so bad and their answer was “too bad.” Toyota national took care of us. They stayed on the phone with us until we got it taken care of. I will not go back into Haley Toyota. You just don't have a service tech that screws something up so badly. Because of this we take our vehicles half hour across town, rather than just ten minutes from us.
