Caring nurse and doctor. Very helpful to our dog and us as owners. Checked over our dog thoroughly and tenderly and took an interest in all of us. Great service!

Explained what the kitten and provided meds needed to treat him

It went well. We were out in about 15 minutes.

There is nothing bad about them. We do not go to them for anything other than check ups. We never have to wait for an appointment with the doctor. We have never had an emergency. The staff is great. Dr. Kit himself is great. He is pretty lively infront of us guys and whatever you take in whether a dog or cat the employees will stay with it for a while so it is not terrified on what he is going to do.

We normally use a mobile vet because our pets are older. However, our normal vet was in labor and recommended that we use Genito. Our 141/2 year old Bouvier, Daisy, was hobbling really bad , so we made an appt. that day for her. They got us in early even though we were not an existing customer. Daisy weighed about 90 lbs and the office staff helped us very carefully get her out of the car and into an exmination room. The Dr. said he thought that it was a fracture and took some xrays. He was right, but the fracture was caused by advanced bone cancer. They helped us in making arrangements to have Daisy cremated and returned to us. They even sent us a card with the Rainbow bridge poem in it. It was obvious to us that this is a very compassionate practice and we would use them if anything happened to our mobile vet. The office was very clean and smelled fresh. The pets that came in walked right over to the scales and hopped on as their ownwers actually weigh them in.

As usual, we were seen promptly and efficiently. We have been going to Dr. Charbonneau for 10 years. He is straightforward and great with animals. The office staff and techs are very helpful.

I like that the staff here is very friendly and they always treat the animals and me very compassionately. Genito does a great job following up with me and the people there really seem to know what they are doing.
