They correctly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine over the phone, arrived on time, and repaired it to my complete satisfaction.

I had a new icemaker installed by another company, and I was having trouble with it. I called Gene's Used Appliance Sales and explained the problem to them. They knew exactly what I needed. The other company insisted I needed a whole new icemaker, and they ripped me off. I really liked how helpful and friendly they were. They really did a great job. I can trust them, which is really important.
