Handyman Service
Gene said he could complete the project in 3-4 months, but never completed the job. He exceeded his projected budget and then further asked for payment above any agreed upon amount. Slow to respond, incomplete work, bad planning and budgeting. I had to pay for another contractor to come in to complete the work.
