Bucky Flanagan thoroughly investigated the operating problems with my heat pump before he agreed with me that the best option was to replace the system. He provided me a quotation to do the work at a fair price compared to other estimates. Bucky did an outstanding job of installing a Lennox Elite 2 stage, 4 ton heat pump with a variable speed air handler in my home. His knowledge of the equipment and related processes along with his thoroughness and conscientious work ethic ensured that all project details were satisfied. His attention to details and integrity resulted in work beyond the scope of the proposal to ensure the quality and performance of the system at no additional cost to me. When the work was completed, Bucky made sure the site was as clean as it was before the project was initiated. In my opinion, Flanagan Heating and Air Conditioning is by far the best HVAC company I have worked with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. Everyone involved in the office and the field was very pleasant and responsive in satisfying and coordinating project related activities.

Bucky and his team are the BEST!!! Flanagan has been doing maintenance on my contractor grade systems for years. 2 years ago I needed to replace the primary system and I installed a Lennox Elite system. This past month I needed the upstairs system and replaced it with a Lennox as well.
Bucky is the best HVAC person I've ever met. He is thorough with his troubleshooting, honest with his diagnosis and recommendations and his workmanship is second to none.
I have recommended Flanagan to many friends and family and have never heard anything less that outstanding reviews.
Finally, Janet, their office manager, runs the logistics like a pro. She is always prompt with return calls and is always there to help with any questions or concerns. The entire team is a pleasure to work with.

.The temperature outside was nearly 100 degrees and the humidity was very high. My 20 years old air conditioning unit was not cooling our home adequately. Bucky Flanagan has been doing heating and A/C work with us for years. He is trustworthy enough that I feel comfortable leaving him in the house alone if I can't be there. He comes every 6 months to check the air conditioning (summer) and the furnace (winter).

The guy from Flannigan s is named Buddy and he is just fabulous. He always comes on schedule and if anything needs repaired in the meantime; he will come right away to do it. I never have troubles getting anything fixed or replaced. My unit has been running strong for a very long time thanks to Flannigan s.
