Quick- and I was charged a very reasonable price. I had to knock "quality" down to a "B+" because one of the workers (since fired) did not attach 2 of the downspouts on the low side. Also, one of the gutter end caps was leaking. However, when I called Chris to to report it, he responded very quickly and had a very nice repairman fix it ASAP!! It was nice to see how quickly they guaranteed their work! So, overall, I am VERY pleased that everything was taken care of and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the company!!! A different company quoted me $500 more for the same job, so beware if you use somebody else.

We had quotes from several contractors and I ultimately chose First Choice because of their very reasonable quote. I felt that they were up front about what they thought I needed and I spent about half of what I might have spent with another company that oversold what I needed. I highly recommend this company. Also - the gutters are great. What a difference there has been in my flooding issues in the front yard.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for gutter work. They do great work and the people doing the installation know their trade. I was impressed how great the gutters looked after the job and how quickly the job was finished.

Perfect. The quoted price was extremely competitive from others I received. The crew showed up as scheduled and worked until it was done. So very smooth and without all the hype selling I got from some of the other bidders. I didn't want gutter shields and that was ok, First Quality listened to me and didn't push the subject. Everybody was friendly and easy to work with from the salesman to the installation crew, including the owner. They are on my favorites list.

First Choice was called to replace a downspout on my 2 story home after i found out that my roof was too steep for a rain barrel (true story!). They scheduled a time to come, so imagine my surprise when it was done two days earlier than the appointment, and over the weekend no less.  The only problem was that the downspout was installed to the ground, instead of being installed to the existing in ground gutter. I called First choice and left a message, explaining that i needed it changed. While i didn't hear anything back, they did come and fix the downspout to my specifications this week. They did explain that there was a $175 minimum fee to come out, so that was the fee that i paid. It seems steep for the work that i had done, but the work looks good so far, and they did come early and fix the problem i was having.

The First Choice team was competent and professional from our 1st contact with the salesperson through the installation process. Everyone at First Choice has the same commitment to quality.  It was real pleasure working with this company. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for new gutters.

First Choice provided an estimate in a timely fashion and gave us several gutter guards options from which to choose.  The installation took place a couple weeks after the estimate.  I had several estimates before calling First Choice and I'm so glad I found them.  I would highly recommend them!

FIRST CHOICE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, NOT ONLY CORRECTING THE EXISTING ISSUES BUT CHECKING THE WORKING GUTTERS AS WELL, AT THERE EXPENSE, TO ENSURE THAT THE WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND TO PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS.  I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional customer service provided during and after the sale.  I will be sure to use and recommend them in the future.
We got quotes on Gutter Guard installation from a few different contractors due to several large pine trees that were filling our new over sized gutters with needles on a regular basis.  We decided to have the work done by First Choice because their product seemed to be the best fit for the application, they seemed professional, were responsive, the price was reasonable and they offered a good warranty that it seemed like they would honor.  I contacted Brad after the quote that he gave me had expired and he still honored it.  Once scheduled the crew arrived promptly, cleaned the gutters and installed the guards in the rain!  They were very efficient and left no mess at all (my gutters were always packed to the top with pine tags). 
  Several months later I contacted Brad on July 16th 2012 because after planting some flowers in the front of the house (we mostly use the back door) my wife and I noticed that there seemed to be a slight overflow of the gutter that was drowning the newly planted flowers.  Since it was Sunday, raining, I was unfamiliar with how to remove the gutter guard, and the place where I needed be to check for a clog was hard to get to without climbing on the roof, my wife suggested that I contact First Choice (since they did offer a warranty).  I figured it was a lost cause but it was worth a phone call.  The next day as soon as I discussed the issue with Brad he agreed that the gutter should not be clogged already.  Without any pressure or coercion at all the OWNER of the company came out to the house checked the system cleared the clog and identified an issue with the original gutter installation (done by another company) that made it easier for debris to get caught in the downspout.  He also found and corrected issues with other downspouts that could have caused problems later on.  Brad promptly contacted me to relay the information about the problems discovered, repairs made, and things that could be done to prevent future issues.  It's understandable that not every pine tag was removed during the cleaning process and that one of the strainers that I had put in the downspouts had been left in place (We did not discuss their existence or removal anyway so the crew member who left it may have thought I wanted it there).  The important thing is that FIRST CHOICE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, NOT ONLY CORRECTING THE EXISTING ISSUES BUT CHECKING THE WORKING GUTTERS AS WELL, AT THERE EXPENSE, TO ENSURE THAT THE WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND TO PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS.  I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional customer service provided during and after the sale.  I will be sure to use and recommend them in the future.
