Fairway Windows

I purchased 11 windows from fairway on 6/27 with a 4-8 week timeframe. They said it may run up to 9-12 weeks due to supply delays and that was fine with me. After 3 months I contacted them and was told they aren’t in with no estimated arrival date. I continued to call and sometimes I was able to get through to the receptionist who was always in her car and didn’t have any additional information to provide. She would always say that Gary would get in contact with me but out of all the calls I made, I was only able to speak to him once. I continued calling and by late October they finally said 5 were in and agreed to install them which was done on 10/31 and said they would discount me $150.. They did not notify me that they were coming to install on that day and left the door to my unit open but at least half were done so I was somewhat relieved!! I proceeded to call until late December and they continued to say no windows. At this point, I asked to cancel them because I was looking at selling and since over 6 months had passed I no longer had need for them. They said this wasn’t an option and that it would have to be canceled through the manufacturer. I asked for that number but they wouldn’t provide it and said she would have to call to check. No update was ever given. Now we are at mid March, a full 9 months since ordering and I have given up on receiving the windows. They required half a deposit upfront which was 2001.58. The windows that I did not receive were going to require more work removing the steel so they were more expensive than the 5 I did get. So in short, over the last 9 months, I ended up receiving half my order and paid $2000 of the $4000 bill but only received $1375 worth of my order. I feel liked I was scammed out of my money for services that were never going to be provided and I just want a return of my deposit that was taken from me. Now after seeing how many others are in the reviews experiencing the same thing I filed a complaint with BBB and my credit card company.

They were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Windows look great and I will be using them next spring to finish the back windows on house!

Gabe was great to work with. Professional yet easy going and very approachable with questions and responsive with alternative solutions to timing, and installation as needed based on my personal schedule challenges. His team did the install two fellows in January and two different fellows in July -- all four were very good to work with, punctual and cleaned up after themselves.

Everything went great!  Installers were punctual, quick, and friendly. Little to no mess was left and windows are of good quality.  After installation, I didn't even notice the sound of my HVAC unit outside the MBR window.  I'm so thrilled with this job that I also referred a coworker that hired Fairway.  The feedback from my coworker was two thumbs up!

They took the old windows out and put in new windows. It took them one day to do all the windows and they had 4-5 guys working. They were great, they came in and they had anticipated 3 days, but they had a crew that a could do it in a day and so it was done in a day.

The guys Fairway Windows are really good. I recommended them for 6 different people. Their demeanor is excellent. The price was not exactly everything I looked for but it was the quality of work I saw that they did.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Worked hard to complete the task at hand. I highly recommend them.

They were very prompt, courteous, on time, and they did what they said they would do. They only took two days to do my service. My only complaint is the company they ordered them through didn't send out all of the windows. Once the additional windows came in they were right there to install them. They did a good job for what I paid for.

Gabe was very prompt and professional.  He explained all product options indepthly, provided the trade-offs and exhibited strong product knowledge.  When my first window was shipped in from the factory, he was not satisfied with the condition and asked the factory to send another one.  Once the product met his quality standards; his team came by and knocked the project out.  Gabe followed up to ensure that everything was going as it should and to make sure I was pleased with everything.  He is also very attuned to other project needs and when I asked him about various other projects; he gladly walked me through all of the same dimensions as he did for the window.  I am going to use him repeatedly going forward.

My experience with fairway windows was very professional. Everyone did a great job. I feel I received a fair price and a quality product.
