Enclave Apartments

Enclave Apartments is really good. We had to move in here for four months period and they bend backwards to please the residence. They are really good people. My son has lived here before and he recommended this place to us. They are just good about everything. They have good maintenance people and they go out of their way to make the residents happy. We are paying more because we are just living here for four months. Price wise, moving in here for four months we would say it is reasonable for all the amenities that we get here. They have a swimming pool, a workout room, they offer computer access services, you can get your phone service through them, and for $30 a month more you can get a washer and dryer. Really and truly we think it is outstanding, because if you have to buy one, and if anything happens to it like it breaks down without you damaging it they will replace it which is really good. It is just a nice place. They replace the carpeting periodically. They have a system for replacing the carpeting. They make sure the carpeting is fresh and new not for every tenant. Frequently they change it and they are good. A one bedroom would go from $ 819 to $939 and two bedrooms $ 969 to $ 1129. Obviously they are not inexpensive but the fact of the matter is that it is a first rate organization. If somebody is coming into town and they are going to be here for a year and they need a real good secure place to live. This is this. It is located in the historical Midlothian Virginia. Across the street there is a Midlothian historical sight and there are beautiful place to walk, it is safe for children to ride their bikes, and everybody seem to be respectful of one another. You are not going to get a bad one in the bunch but I have not bumped into any of them. We have been there for three weeks and the residents seem to be very friendly and I see children coming back from school and pets are permitted. It is great for children. This place would be my first choice if we have to do such short stays in the future. My husband has a terminal illness and we live with our son Jason and he has lived here before. At the same time he is building a new home and we just had to move in here temporarily. Obviously my son came back, he had a long stay before but he has come back because he knows how great they are. They are having us on a short term basis simply because they could. You would be surprised how many people are staying here on a short term lease. They are just real good people. These are beautiful apartments and they have excellent staff. They provide telephone, internet and cable but you pay extra for these service. They can provide or you can have your own. We use their services.
