Services we offer
We are careful to partner with owners and investors who share our commitment to “providing quality homes for quality tenants.” We never want to market a home that we ourselves would not want to live in. "[Member Name Removed], we are so pleased to hear that you are happy with our customer service! We will do our best to continue to provide you with a superb customer experience! Thank you for your review. Katrina Benbow, Principal Broker E.A.Williams Property Management"
I moved 600 miles away and could not deal with finding tenants and managing the house rental.
Katrina Benbow advised me perfectly on the appropriate rental price. She found a tenant for me less than a month after I moved out. Other than signing the lease agreements, I did nothing more than collect rent checks from EA Wms.
Several minor repair issues have come up over the past year and were dealt with promptly and very inexpensively by EA Wms' repair staff or select contractors. Their prices were much less than estimates I had received before I moved out.
If you want a trouble-free Landlord experience, call Katrina and hire E. A. Williams to manage your property.
