I take my dog here for treatment. I use them for routine stuff and I’ve had a good experience.

Dr. Bill and his staff were SO supportive and responsive to my terrible pain.  I have taken my pets to Dr. Bill for almost 30 years and he has ALWAYS been gentle, kind, and supportive.  I will NEVER take my pets to anyone else!

They were very thorough.  We have had animals with allergies previously, so pretty much knew what we were dealing with.  The vet made recommendations and we talked about options for managing the allergies.

He's very thorough, he solves problems and he's priced reasonably. The last time I was there I spent $77. It's easy to make an appointment, they have very clean facilities, the staff is very nice and confident, they get you in on time and they seem genuinely concerned about the pets.

We actually just switched to them, and my breeder also uses him, we've been their very few times and they're very good in what they do.

Dr. Bill's is a fabulous veterinarian office. They treat both pet and owner with love and care. We have used this office for all our dogs, past and present as well as boarding service. No hesitation whatsoever about recommending their services.

We've always been very pleased with the vet care. We always see Dr. Steve and he's wonderful with our dog.

Amazing place. They were very professional, kind and understating. My cat was very stressed out from traveling to the vet. And normally at other vets that I have taken him too, they would drag him out of the cage. Here they just let him come out on his own, and treated him as if he was their own pet.
Can't recommend this place enough. Trust me, they are awesome.

My dog is much better and we followed the recommendations and were successful in nursing her back to health.

We've been using Dr. Bill's pet infirmary for nearly 20 years. We presently have 3 Chihuahuas and feel that they have received absolutely excellent care. Our favorite vet is Dr. Steve Brandt. He has a special way with little dogs, and while they still don't like to visit the vet, I can tell that they're very comfortable with him.

Dr Bill is the man...tells it like it is...and loves animals. .been going there for years..I love his honesty

We began using Dr. Bill's 15 years ago. Our neighbors all seemed to bring their pets to Dr. Bill's, so my husband and I decided to give Dr. Bill's a try. They are all so professional, kind and compassionate. We highly recommend using Dr. Bill's. You and your pet will not be disappointed.

Could not have gone better

We recently switched to them and they are much better. One of my dogs broke his leg and we had taken him to another veterinarian who charged us a lot so we took him to Dr. Bill and he charged us $150 the first time, $100 for the second visit and $60 for my last visit. They are very courteous at all levels. The veterinarian is wonderful and the front desk people are all very helpful. Whenever we call, there is always somebody to respond and help out. It is just a very well organized office. We get to see them the next day after we called and we usually get in earlier. We have been very happy and we have sent four other people there since then. We are due to see them next week.

This kennel provides excellent care for my dogs. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and always answers my questions.

We have always been treated with kindness and compassion when we've lost a pet. I even saw tears in bill's eyes. He's realistic with his treatment and his views and has always given us good advice. His vet tech, Mary, is a real sweet hart and has located kittens for us when we've been ready to adopt.

I use them regularly. I am very pleased with them. I like everything about them; there is nothing to dislike. I have used them for several things. I would continue to use their services in the future.

We were heading out for a week long vacation, and 5 days before, a lump appeared on our dog's snout. It got larger the next day,

and we didn't want any problems for her while we were gone. I got an appointment that day. Although there are about 4 vets at the office, they try to give you the vet you request. I have had Dr. Bill as my vet for 15 years,for several pets.He is so kind to the dog, and gets down at her level to ease concern and let her feel more comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and explains all the issues and possiblilites. He is always friendly and gives excellent personal attention to our pet and us. For my dog, he said it was likely an abcessed molar. He said usually the antibiotics don't take care of the cause, but he suggested it first, rather than removal of the tooth, which would be the next step. Thankfully the medication took care of the problem, the lump shrunk, and there have been no further problems for 3 months. One thing great about Dr. Bill is he helps keep the cost down, since he knows that is a concern for me. He doesn't pressure me to do lab work that's not necessary, and discusses.different treatment options. I highly recommend him!
